Disadvantages of a known design are the fuel consumption of the internal combustion engine and the low rate of its heating. The purpose of the invention is to reduce fuel consumption in the engine and accelerate its warm-up. This goal is achieved by the fact that a device for heating a vehicle cabin containing a hydraulic pump driven by an internal combustion engine, connected to a source of working fluid and through a throttling device to a heat exchanger, the outlet of which is connected to a source of working fluid, is provided with a valve, distributor and a temperature sensor, wherein the valve is installed parallel to the throttles of the ruling device and is provided with a control unit associated with a control system containing a control switch, A distributor is connected between the throttling device and the heat exchanger parallel to it and provided with a regulating lever in the control switch, and temperature sensors are installed in the source of working fluid and connected to the valve control unit. In addition, the source of the working fluid is made in the form of an oil crankcase of the internal combustion engine. The device is equipped with a clock switch, the output of which is connected to the valve control unit. Parallel to the heat exchanger 7, a safety valve 12 is installed to protect the heat exchanger 7 from overpressure. The distributor 6 is provided with a regulating lever 13 in the shifting gear 11, and the lever 13 is connected with the control member 10 of the valve 9. The control system of the valve 9 has an additional foot limit switch 14 connected with the control member 10 of the valve 9, which is also connected with a temperature sensor 15 installed in the oil crankcase 3, a clock switch 16 and a pressure sensor 17 installed in the hydraulic line of a vehicle hydraulic system containing a pump 18, a working fluid source 19 and a hydraulic cylinder 20. DEVICE FOR HEATING A CABIN OF A VEHICLE, comprising a hydraulic pump driven by an internal combustion engine, connected to a source of working fluid and through a throttling device with a heat exchanger, the outlet of which is connected to a source of working fluid, characterized in that, in order to reduce fuel consumption in the engine and accelerating its heating, it is equipped with a valve, a distributor and a temperature sensor, while the valve is installed parallel to the throttling device and is equipped with a control body connected with a control system containing a control switch, the distributor is connected between the throttling device and the heat exchanger in parallel with it and equipped with a control lever in the control switch, and a temperature sensor is installed in the source of working fluid and is connected with the valve control.
